Who this is from
This policy is from Assettlor and applies to visitors of assettlor.group and any sub-pages of it. Direct questions about anything below to hello@assettlor.group.
What we collect, and when
We collect information from you in one place on this site: the contact form. When you send us a brief, we receive the name and email address you enter, and — if you fill them in — the company you work at, a rough budget, a timeline, and the brief itself.
Everything else you do here is anonymous to us. We do not run analytics, we do not set our own cookies, and we do not place advertising pixels or trackers. Our host keeps server logs of requests, which include your IP address, the page you asked for, and the browser you used; those exist to serve the page and to help us notice if the site is being abused, and are not linked to anything you have submitted.
Why we hold it
We hold what you send through the contact form so that a principal at Assettlor can read it and reply, and so that if we start work together we have the original brief to refer back to. That is the whole reason.
How long we keep it
A brief that leads to work becomes a project record and stays for the life of that engagement, plus whatever period our tax and record-keeping obligations require afterwards. A brief that does not lead to work is deleted within eighteen months, or sooner on request.
Server logs are kept for a short retention window at the host and then rotate out.
Who else sees it
What you send us stays inside Assettlor. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with marketing partners. We use a small number of services to run the site and reply to you — a host that serves these pages, an email provider that carries our replies — and they see only what they need to do those jobs.
If a law requires us to hand something over, we will comply with the law; we will tell you when we are legally allowed to.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@assettlor.group from the address you used to write to us, or one you can prove is yours. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge you for it.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we handle it, we will update this page and move the "last updated" date to match. If the change is a material one, we will also tell anyone who has actively written to us before making it take effect.
