Terms & Conditions

1. Using this site
You may read the pages here and use the contact form to send us a brief. That is what the site is for. Please do not do things it is not for — automated scraping of the pages beyond ordinary search-engine indexing, attempts to break through rate limiting, sending abusive or unlawful content through the form, or trying to access parts of the site that are not offered to visitors.
If you use the site in a way that damages it or damages other people, we reserve the right to block your access.
2. What you send us
When you send a brief through the contact form, we handle the information you provide as described in our privacy policy. You confirm that what you send us is your own to share, and that it does not contain content you do not have the right to send.
Sending us a brief does not create a contract. A working relationship begins only when we have both signed a project agreement.
3. What is ours
The Assettlor name and the words, images, and code on this site are ours or are used with permission. You may quote us with attribution and link to us freely. You may not copy substantial parts of the site as your own, present our work as yours, or use our name to imply an association we have not agreed to.
Third-party brand marks on the Tech Stack page are shown as nominative use — we are naming tools we work with. Ownership of those marks stays with their respective owners, and their presence here is not an endorsement or a partnership claim.
4. Links to other sites
Where we link out to something we did not make — a project, an article, a tool — we are pointing you at it, not vouching for it. We do not control those pages and are not responsible for what they say or do.
5. Availability
We do our best to keep the site up, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. If it is down or a page is broken, we will fix it in a reasonable time; a temporary outage does not entitle you to compensation.
6. Our liability
We take reasonable care to make sure what we publish is accurate at the time we publish it. If we get something wrong on the site, tell us and we will correct it. The site is offered as-is; we are not liable for indirect losses that follow from a visitor relying on it — for example, business decisions taken purely on the basis of a description here without discussing them with us first.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that the law does not allow us to limit — such as liability for fraud, or for serious injury caused by our negligence.
7. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update this page and move the "last updated" date. If the change is a material one, we will also make a visible note near the header for a reasonable period.
8. Getting in touch
Questions about these terms go to hello@assettlor.group. Real questions get real answers; a legal notice sent to that address will also reach a person.
